Dr. Gregory A. McPherson, an Atlanta-based producer, composer, and researcher in Atlanta, and is currently the Director of The Global Health & Humanitarian Summit founded at the Emory University School Of Medicine.

Dr. McPherson has worked with some of the biggest personalities in music, television, film, and education throughout the United States and globally. Some of these artists include The Temptations, The Commodores, James Brown, Peabo Bryson, Patti Austin, Aretha Franklin, Marvin Sapp, Edwin & Tramaine Hawkins, Andrae Crouch, Dr. Bobby Jones, The Nashville Super Choir, Clark Terry, Sarah Vaughn, Cindy Lauper, Jennifer Holiday, Ann Nesby, The Florida Mass Choir, The Sounds of Blackness, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, The Boston Ballet, The Boston Pops, The New York Philharmonic, The Alabama Symphony, The Louisville Orchestra, The Florida Symphony, The Atlanta Symphony, The London Symphony Project, The Charleston Symphony, and many, many others.

Dr. McPherson has done soundtracks for Disney, Columbia Tri-Star, SONY Pictures, ABC-Capitol Cities, New Line Cinema, and a plethora of others.

His advertising credits include major market and global adds for Coca-Cola, Mercedes-Benx, The Ford Motor Company, Pepsi, Mattel, Lincoln Motor Cars, and many, many others. He has taught at several colleges and universities including the world-famous Berklee College of Music where he was a Professor teaching composition, arranging, record production, film scoring, and performance practices.

He was the founder and conductor of the Quincy Jones Orchestra at Berklee, and the Berklee Super Singers. His work has also garnered Grammy's American Music Awards, Soul Train Awards, Billboard Music Awards, Grammy Legends Awards, NAACP Image Awards,and many, many others, and listed in the Alabama Music Hall Of Fame.

He's a proud HBCU alumnus of Alabama State University, and also studied at some of the top universities in the world.
